At Esthetic Finesse, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as arriving late may result in a reduction of your treatment time. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment during the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, a cancellation fee, as outlined in our Policies of Appointment, will be charged.

To ensure that all guests can get timely appointments and respect our providers’ time, we have a 48-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy in place. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The amount of the fee depends on the type of appointment and the length of time canceled, as outlined in our Policies of Appointment.

If you no-show or cancel late three times, you will be required to prepay for future services in full at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable if you violate our cancellation policy. However, if you reschedule your appointment before 48 hours of the appointment time, we will credit the amount paid towards future services at Esthetic Finesse.

We understand the value of our providers’ time, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that we cannot fill, and this can affect future appointments for our valued clients. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation/no-show policy.

At Esthetic Finesse, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered, as aesthetic results may vary from person to person. However, clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired results. For retail purchases, we do not offer refunds, but we will exchange defective products within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on gift certificate purchases.
