What forms do I need to complete before my appointment?

What should I do to prepare before my Botox or filler appointment?

Avoid blood-thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol, and fish oil for 48 hours. Stay hydrated and arrive with clean skin. If you’ve recently been sick or had dental work, notify us in advance.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a $150 fee.

What’s the difference between Botox and Dysport?
